The Settings section is where you can manage your Overloop AI account, connected channels, deliverability settings, team members, notifications, and subscription.


Accessing Settings

To open your account settings:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Settings.

  2. Select the section you want to manage.

Note: The Settings page is organized into three categories: Personal, Outbound, and Account. Each section contains tools for managing different parts of your workspace.


Personal

  1. Profile: Update your personal information and account preferences.

  2. Reset password: Securely change your account password.

  3. Notifications: Control how and when you receive Overloop notifications.

Outbound

4. Email accounts: Connect, disconnect, and manage email accounts for outreach.

5. Linkedin accounts: Manage LinkedIn accounts for LinkedIn-based outreach.

6. Snippets: Define reusable text content to insert in emails or LinkedIn messages.

7. Tracking: Configure open, click, and page visit tracking to monitor engagement.

8. Deliverability: Manage tracking domains to improve email deliverability.

9. Bounces & out-of-office replies: Define how bounced emails and automatic out-
of-office replies are handled.

10. Opt-out link: Add and manage unsubscribe links in outreach emails.

11. Imports: Import prospect lists from CSV or other sources.

12. Exports: Retrieve and download your exported prospect or data files.

Account


13. Account: Update your company information and account details.
14. Team Members: Add, remove, and manage users and their permissions.
15. AI Settings: Configure default settings for Overloop AI features.
16. Custom fields: Create and manage custom fields for prospects organization.
17. Exclusion list: Exclude email domains; current clients, prospects and competitors.
18. API: View or regenerate API keys for integrations.
19. Billing information: Manage your billing details and payment information.
20. Subscription: View, modify, pause or cancel your current subscription plan.
21. Invoices: Access and download past invoices and billing history.
