Learn how the Overloop AI free trial works, how to manage your subscription, and where to find your billing information, credits, and invoices.
Free Trial
New Overloop AI accounts include a 14-day free trial, allowing you to explore the platform before subscribing.
At the end of the 14-day period, your subscription will automatically start unless you cancel before the trial ends.
A "Cancel Trial" button is available directly in your account, allowing you to stop the trial and avoid being charged.
Access Billing
All subscription and billing settings are available from one central location.
You can access your billing settings from the user menu.
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner.
Select Billing & Invoices.
From the Billing section, you can manage:
Subscription
Credits
Billing Information
Invoices
Another way to access Billing
You can also access the Billing section directly from your account Settings.
Go to Settings from the left navigation menu.
Under the Account section, click Billing.
Modifying Your Subscription
You can modify your subscription at any time from the Subscription tab in the Billing section.
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan or subscribe to add-ons, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan or remove add-ons, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Only account admins can modify the subscription.
Canceling or Pausing Your Subscription
If you decide to stop using Overloop, you have two options:
Pause your subscription
For $14.99/month, you can pause your account instead of canceling it. This keeps your data (prospects, campaigns, etc.) safe so you can resume later.
Cancel your subscription
Open the Subscription tab in the Billing section and follow the cancellation steps. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Accepted Types of Payment
We currently accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Our payment processor, Stripe, handles everything securely.
Adding Your VAT Number
If you are an EU-established company and do not provide a valid VAT number, we charge the VAT rate of the country where your company is established. If you want to avoid paying VAT, you need to provide a valid VAT number.
You can change or add your VAT number from Settings > Billing Information.
A VAT number consists of a country code followed by a series of digits.
For example:
Belgium: BE 0123 456 789
France: FR XX 123456789
