Credits are the currency that powers Overloop’s prospecting features. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which you can use to find email addresses, or to source prospects from the database.

How Many Credits Are Included per Plan?

  • Starter → 250 credits per user / month

  • Growth → 500 credits per user / month

  • Enterprise → 1000 credits per user / month

How Are Credits Consumed?

Credits are deducted in real time whenever you perform certain actions:

  • 1 credit → for each prospect sourced from the database

  • 1 credit → for each email address found (whether sourced or imported)

Notes:

  • Before running an action, Overloop always shows you how many credits will be used.

  • If you source or import prospects without an email address, you can later search for their emails by clicking “Find Email”. Each email successfully found and validated will cost 1 credit.

Remember:

  • Clear rules: 1 credit = 1 database prospect, or 1 credit = 1 email found.

  • Campaign steps cost zero credits, no matter how many touchpoints are included.

  • Credits are refunded automatically if an email hard bounces.

FAQs

If I don’t use all credits in a billing period, do they roll over to the next period?

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and unused credits from the previous period are lost. Please note that if we are on a yearly plan, you'll receive all your credits once, and they will only expire after 12 months.

How do I track credit usage?

You can track your usage in the Credits Usage page, accessible via Settings > Subscription.

What happens if I run out of credits?

  • Prospect sourcing will stop

  • Email finding will stop

At that point, you can:

What’s coming next?

  • Credit Packs: Buy extra credits when needed

  • Add-ons for Additional Email Accounts: Option to purchase extra sending accounts per user
