Inbox & Conversations

The Overloop Inbox centralizes conversations from all email addresses connected to your account.

Each user has their own Inbox, which only displays conversations assigned to them, regardless of which connected email address was used to send the message.


Viewing Conversations

Click the dropdown menu in the Inbox to switch between conversation views such as All messages and Sent.


All Messages

The All messages section shows conversations assigned to you in which the prospect has sent a reply.

Sent

The Sent section shows all conversations assigned to you as soon as a message is sent, even if the prospect has not replied yet.


One Central Inbox Per User

Overloop provides one central Inbox per user. It does not create a separate Inbox for each connected email address.

Replies from all connected email accounts assigned to you are centralized into your Overloop Inbox. Overloop does not create separate Inboxes for each connected mailbox.


Notifications

By default, you'll also receive email notifications when prospects reply. You can manage these preferences under Settings > Notifications.
