Hubspot, Pipedrive & Salesforce Integration

You can connect Overloop with native CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce to streamline your prospecting and sales workflows.

Integration Availability by Plan

  • Starter: Basic integrations only (Slack, Chrome Extension, Zapier)

  • Growth: Basic integrations + CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive)

  • Enterprise: Basic integrations + CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive & Salesforce)

How to Access CRM Integration Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the left-side navigation.

  2. Select Features & Integrations

  3. Choose your CRM provider (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce—depending on your plan).

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate your account and connect.

User Mapping

Match prospect owners in Overloop with the corresponding users in your CRM.

If you want to automatically log all emails sent via Overloop in your CRM, you can add your CRM’s BCC address here.

  • For multiple users: you can set a unique BCC address for each user.

  • Or, keep one main BCC address for all users.

Note: Prospect replies cannot be synced from Overloop into HubSpot. While the integration supports syncing prospects and certain fields, replies themselves are not included.

Field Mapping

Define how data is synced between Overloop and your CRM.

Some fields—like the prospect’s email, first name, and last name—are mapped automatically. All other fields can be manually matched to the relevant field of your choice.

To customize, simply choose the appropriate fields from the drop-down menus.

Record Types

Switch between field mappings for different record types by selecting the needed option from the drop-down.
