This article explains how to manage key aspects of your Overloop account access, including updating your email, changing account ownership, and resetting your password.
Change Your Email Address
You can update the email address linked to your Overloop account at any time:
Go to Settings > Profile.
Enter your new email address.
Click Save.
Your login and notifications will be sent to this new email.
Change the Owner of the Account
At the moment, there’s no way to change the account owner directly from the Overloop interface.
The current account owner must email us at [email protected] to request the change.
Once verified, our team will update the ownership for you.
Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
Go to the Overloop Login Page.
Click on “Forgot your password?”.
Enter your email and follow the instructions in the reset email.
