Your subscription includes a monthly number of credits (leads per month).
Credits are used to source leads and generate emails. You’ll spend 1 credit every time our AI engine sources 1 lead and generates the first email of the campaign. All follow-up emails sent by the campaigns are included.
If I don’t use all credits in a billing period, do they roll over to the next period?
No. Credits are renewed at the end of the billing period, and unused credits from the previous period are lost.
Please note that if we are on a yearly plan, you'll receive all your credits once, and they will only expire after 12 months.
How do I see credit usage?
Use the Credits Usage page, which is accessible from the subscription page.
How to get more credits?
If you run out of credits, your campaigns will be automatically paused. At that point, you have different possibilities:
Wait until your next subscription renewal: when your subscription renews, you'll get new credits
Upgrade your subscription to the next plan: you'll get new credits right away
Renew your subscription early: you'll get new credits right away
