Enrolling prospects adds them to a campaign's audience, so the campaign contacts them. A prospect is enrolled in one campaign at a time.
Ways to enroll prospects
1. From the campaign's Audience tab
On the campaign's Audience tab, click Choose audience, or Add prospects once it has an audience.
Narrow the list with the search, a saved filter, Sourcing, Tags or Add filter.
Tick the prospects you want and click Add.
2. From the Prospects page
On the Prospects page, tick the prospects, click Add to a campaign and pick a campaign, or create a new one with them. Prospects on the exclusion list are left out.
3. When you create a sourcing or an import
A sourcing or an import of a CSV file can enroll the prospects it adds in a campaign. More about sourcing here and importing here.
In a draft campaign, or one that is off, enrolled prospects wait until you turn it on. In a campaign that is on, they start the sequence right away.
Prospects already contacted
When some prospects are in another campaign or were already contacted, Overloop asks before enrolling them:
Enroll only the prospects never contacted: the others are left out. This is the default.
Enroll all the prospects: everyone is enrolled. Prospects in another campaign leave it to join this one.
Follow your prospects
The Audience tab lists the campaign's prospects in two views, Enrolled and Disenrolled. The Status column shows where each one stands; hover a status to read what it means.
To take prospects out, use Disenroll in the row's three-dot menu, or tick several and click Disenroll. Their remaining steps stop.
When a prospect leaves the campaign
A prospect leaves the campaign when they reply (out-of-office replies don't count), unsubscribe, are excluded, have an email from this campaign hard-bounce, finish the sequence, or join another campaign. You can also disenroll them yourself.
Why prospects are contacted over several days
All the prospects you enroll join the campaign at once, but their messages go out gradually to protect your sending accounts: only during the campaign's sending schedule, within each account's daily limit, and after your review when it's needed. With a large audience, first messages are spread over several days. More about it here.
