Campaign AI Settings allow you to customize how AI-generated messages are written within a specific campaign.
This includes settings such as language, formality, tone of voice, message length, and excluded terms.
Managing Your Account AI Settings
You can manage your default AI settings at any time by navigating to:
Settings > AI Settings. The pitch and writing style saved here will be used as the default settings when creating new campaigns.
Customizing AI Settings for a Specific Campaign
To change the default settings for a specific campaign, you can access the Campaign AI Settings:
Open your campaign.
Go to the Sequence tab.
Click Campaign AI Settings
Open the Pitch or Writing Style tab.
Note: the "Campaign AI Settings" button only appears if you have at least 1 AI-generated step in the sequence.
In the Writing Style tab, you can configure:
Message language
Formality
Tone of Voice
Message Length
AI Excluded Terms
Save Your Writing Style as Default
If you'd like to reuse the same writing style in future campaigns, click Save writing style as account default.
This will update your account's default AI settings.
