Campaign AI Settings allow you to customize how AI-generated messages are written within a specific campaign.
This includes settings such as language, formality, tone of voice, message length, and excluded terms.
Accessing Campaign AI Settings
To access Campaign AI Settings:
Open your campaign.
Go to the Sequence tab.
Click Campaign AI Settings.
Open the Writing Style tab.
Here, you can configure:
Language
Formality
Tone of Voice
Length
Excluded Terms
Save Your Writing Style as Default
If you'd like to reuse the same writing style in future campaigns, click Save writing style as account default.
This will update your account's default AI settings.
Managing Your Account AI Settings
You can also manage your default AI settings at any time by navigating to:
Settings > AI Settings
Changes made here will be used as the default settings for new campaigns.
