Organizing your Prospect Hub

Prospects are at the core of your outreach in Overloop. The Prospects hub gives you a clear overview of all contacts in your account and more flexibility in how you organize and use them.

Key ways to organize your prospects

  • Saved filters → Apply filters to your prospect list and save them for quick access later. Saved filters are dynamic, meaning the list will automatically update when new prospects match the criteria.

  • Sourcings → Every time you source from the Overloop database, a new sourcing is created. This gives you a clear view of where prospects came from and allows you to revisit them.

  • Lists → Create fixed lists to group prospects manually (e.g., “priority accounts” or “event leads”). Unlike filters, lists don’t update automatically.

Examples of What You Can Do

Saved Filters

Use a saved filter to find all prospects who had a Job Title of Mobile Developer, then re-enroll them into a follow-up sequence.

Sourcings

Source new prospects from the Overloop database in one go, and immediately review or enrich them before enrolling them into a campaign.

Lists

Build a list by importing prospects from an event.

Prospect Status and History

When you source or import a prospect, Overloop keeps all related data in their profile:

  • Prospect details (name, company, contact info)

  • Campaign enrollments

  • Email and LinkedIn activity

  • Website visits and engagement

Note: Even if a prospect is excluded via the Exclusion List, their data and history remain visible in your account.
