Prospects are the people you want to reach with Overloop AI. A prospect’s profile is where you’ll find all the information associated with them – their overview, activity, notes, attachments, and more.

You can manage all prospects from the Prospects hub, where you can search, filter, create dynamic segments, or organize them into fixed lists.

Ways to Create a Prospect

There are multiple ways to grow your prospect list in Overloop AI:

  • Source from the Overloop database → Configure a campaign or start a sourcing directly to find prospects from our 450M+ B2B database.

  • Add prospects manually using our Google Chrome extension on LinkedIn.

  • Import your existing lists in CSV format.


Edit Prospects in Bulk

Sometimes you may need to update the same field for several prospects at once. For example, filling in the “country” field for all prospects in your “US Market” segment. Overloop AI lets you do that with Bulk Edit.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Prospects hub.

  2. Select the prospects you want to update.

  3. Click Manage prospects > Bulk edit.

  4. Choose the fields you want to update and the new value.

You can:

  • Replace the current value with a new one.

  • Clear the value entirely.


Attach a File to a Prospect

  1. Open the prospect’s profile.

  2. Click the Attachments button.

  3. Drag and drop a file or select it from your computer.


Delete Prospects

Delete one prospect:

  1. Open a prospect.

  2. Click Actions > Delete.

💡 Note: There is currently no option to bulk delete prospects. This is intentional, since bulk deletion is not a common practice and could cause issues if done accidentally.

Important: Deleted prospects cannot be restored. All associated data (emails, replies, etc.) will be permanently removed.
