The Delay step allows you to define how long Overloop should wait before moving a prospect to the next step in your workflow. This helps you control the pacing of your outreach.

How It Works

  • The countdown starts immediately after the previous step is completed.

  • The minimum delay is 10 minutes and the maximum is 30 days.

  • You can choose to exclude weekends from the countdown.

Add a Delay Step

  1. Open the workflow where you want to add the delay.

  2. Click the plus sign (+) and select Delay.

Note: Use delays strategically to make your outreach feel natural and avoid overwhelming your prospects with back-to-back emails.
